STRENGTH OF INVAX GROUP

Our company was established as a research firm specializing in Sabo Soil-Cement technology. Since its founding in 2000, we have been conducting research to solidify and achieve long-term stability with common soil found anywhere, similar to the properties of concrete. Our focus has been on applying this technology to concrete structures such as sediment control dam (check dam).

In 2002, the "Guidelines for Sabo Soil-Cement," outlining the use of local soil and sand as soil-cement in civil engineering structures such as sediment control dam (check dam), was compiled. These guidelines were supervised by the Sabo and Landslide Technical Center.

In order to promote the widespread adoption of Sabo Soil-Cement,
it is essential to;

  • consider civil structures based on the characteristics of Sabo Soil-Cement,
  • create and develop a mix design test manual (SB Wall Method) for ensuring proper quality,
  • and examine the strength properties of Sabo Soil-Cement.

In terms of construction, we recognize the importance of;

  • research on on-site mixing machines for Sabo Soil-Cement,
  • and engaging efforts towards mechanized constructions.

As a result of our steady progress since the company's establishment, we have accumulated a track record of over 9,000 mix design tests and have been involved in more than 1,000 construction sites throughout Japan.

We have accumulated that information as the largest-scale database in Japan. To provide optimal proposals from design to construction, we have established a system to leverage this extensive knowledge.

For instance, Soil Technology Corporation is entrusted with the primary tasks of conducting mix design tests to ensure the required quality of various local soil and sand as Sabo Soil-Cement and overseeing construction and quality management at construction sites to ensure the quality of Sabo Soil-Cement. However, their main business is to evaluate the results and provide solutions to various problems that may arise from design to quality assurance at construction sites, and they have ensured quality at all the sites they have been involved in.

Furthermore, the Engineering Design Department at INVAX Corporation provides consulting services on the application of local soil and sand to structures under various local conditions. The INVAX Technical Research Institute (ITR) is conducting research to promote the utilization of all types of soil, with guidance from external experts. We aim to apply these technologies, data and knowledge to a wider range of fields in the future.

STRENGTH OF INVAX CORPORATION

Analytical techniques and Big data
to realize the resource utilization of all types of soil

 We have accumulated various information, including mix design test data, construction, and quality management data, as well as details about heavy equipment and construction methods used at each construction site. From this wealth of information, we provide optimal solutions.

 In the future, we intend to analyze the information as Big Data using the latest AI technology to provide new solutions that are not only technological but also unprecedented.

Our technology to control all types of soils
to achieve quality suitable for various applications

We can control the quality to suit various applications, ranging from high-strength materials like concrete to soil improvement for the purpose of ground stabilization and prevention of re-mud, depending on the intended use.
